Let Ambon
Making bika ambon really requires patience, honestly I am very impressed with bika ambon sellers, where the dough has to be left for hours first, cooked at the right temperature and method, a small mistake and the bika ambon will not have a nest. With limited tools and experience, I tried making bika ambon without an oven. Surprisingly, the bika ambon baked perfectly, although not as perfectly as a professional's, but the taste was delicious in my opinion đ (self-praise)
