Hello everyone, this time I'm making a simple snack with economical ingredients. This recipe is actually an old-school recipe, but in recent years it's been trending in Facebook and YouTube cooking groups.
Please try this recipe first; if you like it, you can make more for snacks, Christmas, New Year's, or Eid cakes.

1 small egg (57 grams weighed with shell). If the egg is too large, it will spread too much when baked.
100 grams granulated sugar
20 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
15 grams powdered milk
1/8 teaspoon vanilla (too much vanilla powder can also be bitter) and
1/2 teaspoon salt.
200-250 chopped roasted peanuts, you can use your favorite type of nuts. (I used 250 grams)
*Pay attention to the baking temperature and duration as this affects the flavor and texture.
*Pay attention to the consistency of the dough
*Make small and thin for a crispy result
