Soft, eggless chocolate cake
*Dry ingredients
70 grams medium-protein flour (7 tablespoons)
2 sachets of chocolate drink
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt

*Wet ingredients
120 ml water
2 tablespoons powdered milk
37 grams granulated sugar (2.5 tablespoons)
25 ml cooking oil/melted margarine/melted butter (2 tablespoons measuring/3 tablespoons regular)

+1/2 teaspoon vinegar (optional)

*Chocolate sauce ingredients
1 sachet of chocolate drink
1/2 to 1 tablespoon flour
1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk (if you don't like it sweet, you can omit it)
1/2 tablespoon butter can be substituted with margarine

The most delicious eggless chocolate cake I've ever had (cup measurements are in the video)

2 bananas
150 grams sugar (to taste)
75 grams oil (I used coconut oil)
1 teaspoon vanilla
240 grams liquid milk
240 grams all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
60 grams unsweetened dark chocolate powder
85 grams chocolate bars/chocolate chips if needed.

You can steam it, of course! 👍; the cooking time is roughly the same as in the oven, on high heat.
