Simple 4-Ingredient Milk Brownies: Here's How I Bake Them Without an Oven

Although the ingredients are simple, the taste is quite recommended 👍🤩

4-Ingredient Brownie Recipe

70 grams all-purpose flour (7 tablespoons)
18 grams cocoa powder (+-3 tablespoons)
3/4 teaspoon baking powder + 1/8 teaspoon salt
200 grams sweetened condensed milk (5 sachets @ 40 grams)

Additional chocolate spread (to taste)

Moist, soft, and steamed brownies are recommended. 😍👍

Simple steamed brownies without a mixer and without eggs
50 grams of chocolate bar
5 tablespoons of cooking oil
10 tablespoons of medium-protein flour (approximately 100 grams)
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
5-6 tablespoons of granulated sugar (approximately 75 grams)
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
180 ml of warm, unsweetened milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Glaze ingredients
60 grams of chocolate bar
2 tablespoons of milk
Other toppings
Buttercream and Cheese

This time, I'm making super crispy and soft chocolate pastry pies without an oven. They're very simple, anyone can make them anywhere, with inexpensive, readily available ingredients.

This recipe can also be baked in the oven by brushing the surface with egg yolk.

Chocolate filling ingredients

50 grams cocoa powder.
100 grams butter.
180-200 grams powdered sugar.
150 grams toasted flour.
1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
40-60 ml water.

Pastry crust ingredients

250 grams flour.
1/2 tablespoon sugar.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
100 grams/ml water.
100 grams vegetable oil.

125 grams flour.
80-85 grams butter.

This is super moist, guys, a must-try.

The most delicious eggless chocolate cake I've ever had (cup measurements are in the video)

2 bananas
150 grams sugar (to taste)
75 grams oil (I used coconut oil)
1 teaspoon vanilla
240 grams liquid milk
240 grams all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
60 grams unsweetened dark chocolate powder
85 grams chocolate bars/chocolate chips if needed.

You can steam it, of course! 👍; the cooking time is roughly the same as in the oven, on high heat.

This recipe is highly recommended because it's simple, with no eggs, no mixer, and spoon measurements, so even beginners can make it. Furthermore, the results are incredibly soft and not too chocolatey. Use the best cocoa powder for a delicious chocolate flavor and aroma.

Wet Ingredients
7 tablespoons granulated sugar (approximately 100 grams)
9 tablespoons standard-size vegetable oil
21 tablespoons standard-size milk/water (125 ml)

Dry Ingredients
10 tablespoons wheat flour (100 grams)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (12 grams)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
