This time, I'm making super crispy and soft chocolate pastry pies without an oven. They're very simple, anyone can make them anywhere, with inexpensive, readily available ingredients.

This recipe can also be baked in the oven by brushing the surface with egg yolk.

Chocolate filling ingredients

50 grams cocoa powder.
100 grams butter.
180-200 grams powdered sugar.
150 grams toasted flour.
1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
40-60 ml water.

Pastry crust ingredients

250 grams flour.
1/2 tablespoon sugar.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
100 grams/ml water.
100 grams vegetable oil.

125 grams flour.
80-85 grams butter.

3-Ingredient Chocolate Cake
(Adapted from "The Cooking Foodie" recipe)

250 grams instant oatmeal (I used Quaker red packet)

400 ml instant coconut milk/milk/heavy cream (if using milk, as milk tends to be thinner, reduce the recipe by 100 ml)

200 grams chocolate bar

80 grams Chocolate bar
50 ml hot instant coconut milk
+ shaved chocolate bar for topping

No need to buy a lot of things, just 3 ingredients 🤩👍
