Hello everyone, this time I'm making my favorite savory snack. I'm still faithfully using the Magic Ingredients channel's cakwe recipe. I made it five times, from short to long, letting it rest for 4 hours, and then overnight in the refrigerator. The results are in the video 😍👍.

Eggless and Yeast-Free Cakwe

350 grams all-purpose flour.
10 grams of double-acting baking powder (1 tablespoon)
3 grams of baking soda (1/2 teaspoon)
225-250 grams of cold milk (the dough tends to be sticky)
6 grams of salt
12 grams of vegetable oil (1 tablespoon)

The longer the resting time, the less bitter the baking powder/soda taste and the less distinct the flour smell. Honestly, it tastes better if left in the refrigerator overnight.

Some things that can cause cakwe to not be airy: *The dough is too dry, lacking moisture, making it difficult to become elastic when folding (this cakwe dough tends to be a bit sticky)
*The oil is not hot enough when frying (at least 180-200°C).
*Poor quality baking powder and baking soda, which means they don't rise properly.
*A minimum resting time of 4 hours is recommended for recipes without yeast like this, as the dough needs time to become elastic, making it light and fluffy when fried.

Soft, eggless chocolate cake
*Dry ingredients
70 grams medium-protein flour (7 tablespoons)
2 sachets of chocolate drink
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt

*Wet ingredients
120 ml water
2 tablespoons powdered milk
37 grams granulated sugar (2.5 tablespoons)
25 ml cooking oil/melted margarine/melted butter (2 tablespoons measuring/3 tablespoons regular)

+1/2 teaspoon vinegar (optional)

*Chocolate sauce ingredients
1 sachet of chocolate drink
1/2 to 1 tablespoon flour
1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk (if you don't like it sweet, you can omit it)
1/2 tablespoon butter can be substituted with margarine

Topping: chocolate sprinkles

Making bika ambon really requires patience, honestly I am very impressed with bika ambon sellers, where the dough has to be left for hours first, cooked at the right temperature and method, a small mistake and the bika ambon will not have a nest. With limited tools and experience, I tried making bika ambon without an oven. Surprisingly, the bika ambon baked perfectly, although not as perfectly as a professional's, but the taste was delicious in my opinion 😁 (self-praise)

Hello everyone, this time I'm making a snack cake made from flour, a favorite of the kids, especially when dipped in chocolate; it's quickly sold out and everyone fights over it. If buying dough is expensive, let's make it ourselves. It's perfect for filling jars for Eid or Christmas. In this video, I try making it a different way than in previous videos.

250 grams of bread flour (high protein)
4-5 grams of salt (original recipe 5 grams)
140 grams of water (original recipe 150 grams)
20 grams of butter
125 grams of butter or margarine specifically for laminating the puff pastry (this time I used Corsvet for Danish pastry, the texture is a little softer; buy it online and it's not expensive).
