Hello everyone, this time I'm making quick and easy puff pastry without a refrigerator. đđ It can be used for bolen (cooked buns), pie crust, zuppa soup, and more...
100 grams/ml water
3/4 teaspoon salt
50 grams unsalted butter
250 grams high-protein flour (high in gluten)
125 grams korsvet (pastry margarine/butter). If you don't have any, you can use the puff pastry recipe without korsvet in my latest video đ https://youtu.be/lHlEK4gjRJ8?si=rSW6Bb5LO6Si4PPv
Egg yolk or egg yolk substitute for greasing.
Sugar for sprinkling.
And your favorite jam for the filling.
Bake at 210-220°C for 20-30 minutes.
