Creamy without whipping cream! Recipe

Hello everyone, this time I'm making simple cream puffs that are soft and creamy even without whipping cream.

*Egg puffs ingredients without a mixer
200 grams water
75 grams butter (can be substituted with margarine)
1/2 teaspoon salt
115 grams flour
3 large eggs (60-65 grams each) gradually, avoiding a runny batter.

75 grams sugar (to taste)
100 grams cheddar cheese
60 grams cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla
30 grams butter
Jam to taste, optional (I used blueberry jam)
