355 grams whole wheat flour
30 grams butter (I used salted butter)
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt

Just 3 ingredients can make a delicious, fiber-rich chocolate cake, without leavening agents 🤩👍. The first time I made a chocolate cake using coconut milk, it turned out delicious.

3-Ingredient Chocolate Cake
(Adapted from "The Cooking Foodie" recipe)

250 grams instant oatmeal (I used Quaker red packet)

400 ml instant coconut milk/milk/heavy cream (if using milk, as milk tends to be thinner, reduce the recipe by 100 ml)

200 grams chocolate bar

80 grams Chocolate bar
50 ml hot instant coconut milk
+ shaved chocolate bar for topping

1 small egg (57 grams weighed with shell). If the egg is too large, it will spread too much when baked.
100 grams granulated sugar
20 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
15 grams powdered milk
1/8 teaspoon vanilla (too much vanilla powder can also be bitter) and
1/2 teaspoon salt.
200-250 chopped roasted peanuts, you can use your favorite type of nuts. (I used 250 grams)

Hello everyone, this time I'm making a simple, easy, yet delicious snack with three main ingredients. This is quicker, tastier, and simpler than any French fries I've ever made.

Bubble Egg Sticks
2 large eggs (125 grams total without shell)
50 grams salted butter or margarine
150 grams cornstarch (corn starch)

Additional ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon salt (if using unsalted butter, add another 1/4 teaspoon).
You can also add flavoring powder (MSG or bouillon powder).
