Hello everyone, is there anyone else who doesn't need an oven again... ❤️
This time, I'm making super crispy and soft chocolate pastry pies without an oven. They're very simple, anyone can make them anywhere, with inexpensive, readily available ingredients.
This recipe can also be baked in the oven by brushing the surface with egg yolk.
Chocolate filling ingredients
50 grams cocoa powder.
100 grams butter.
180-200 grams powdered sugar.
150 grams toasted flour.
1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
40-60 ml water.
Pastry crust ingredients
250 grams flour.
1/2 tablespoon sugar.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
100 grams/ml water.
100 grams vegetable oil.
125 grams flour.
80-85 grams butter.
