Ingredients A
75 grams rice flour (approximately 7.5 tablespoons)
40 grams all-purpose flour (approximately 4 tablespoons)
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast (fermipan, mauripan, etc.)

Ingredients B
160 ml coconut milk
80 grams brown sugar (I used Seko Ndeso coconut sugar 😁)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder (more fragrant with 1 pandan leaf)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Ingredients C
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Hi everyone, this time I'm making something simple and quick. The ingredients are cheap, it's easy to make, and it doesn't require an oven, but I didn't expect it to taste so good.

Milk ball cakes only have 3 ingredients. The original recipe uses tapioca flour, and they're colorful. I first saw the video 6 years ago on the Fun Cooking With Yackikuka channel, but this time I substituted cornstarch, and it turned out delicious too.

180 grams cornstarch
200 grams sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons powdered milk

Also prepare
Sufficient roasted cornstarch to coat the balls
Add more sweetened condensed milk if the dough is too dry.

105 grams shelled eggs (2 eggs)
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt (if using margarine, just 1/4 is salty enough)

Here, I modified the ingredient measurements from a Chinese vlog recipe without butter, and for frying, I used the method from the Sajian Sedap channel.

1 medium egg (50 grams without shell)
